Prize draw terms & conditions

1. Must be present to win

Your entry number gets you into the draw, not the prize. You must be physically present at The Alcove, Leicester when your number is called. If you are not present within 30 seconds of your number being announced, we redraw immediately. No exceptions, no refunds, no rescheduling.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
  • Employees of the promoter, their families and anyone professionally connected to the prize draw are excluded.
  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

4. How to enter

Entry is free. Enter via the form at venturearchives.com/pages/raffle. No purchase is necessary and no purchase improves your chances of winning. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be included.

5. Closing date

Entries close Friday 22 May 2026 at 7:00pm.

6. Prizes & draw times

  • Three prize draws will take place across the night, at approximately 5:00pm, 6:30pm and 8:00pm.
  • Prizes will be announced at the event.
  • There is no cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

7. Winner selection

Winners are selected by random bowl draw from the pool of entry numbers belonging to entrants who are physically present at the event. The promoter's decision is final.

8. Notification

Winners are announced live at the event. You must be present and claim your prize within 30 seconds of your number being called. If no one claims the number, the draw is redone immediately from the remaining entries.

9. Data & marketing

By entering you consent to receive email and SMS marketing from (VENTURE) Archives. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS. Your data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
